Scalable human iPSC-derived organoids that capture complex tissue biology for disease modeling and drug discovery. Built on the same validated iPSC platform powering our 2D discovery workflows.
iPSC-derived 2D models are the backbone of our platform, scalable, reproducible, and validated for the drug discovery workflows that move programs forward. For most applications, they’re the right tool.
But some questions require more.
When tissue architecture drives the phenotype, when cell-cell interactions are central to your mechanism, or when 2D data raises questions a monolayer can’t resolve, organoids are the next step.
Our organoid capabilities are built on the same iPSC foundation that biotech and pharma teams rely on for preclinical drug discovery.
Same cell lines. Same genetic background. Same quality standards. Now in three dimensions.
2D screening data and 3D mechanistic studies share a biological context, making findings comparable, reproducible, and meaningful across your development program.
We deliver this through a partnership with Rosebud Biosciences, whose micropatterned “2.5D” organoid platform models human development directly from disease-specific hiPSCs. These circular organoids incorporate cells across multiple lineages, including endothelial, smooth muscle, and fibroblast populations, without the need for complex biopolymer matrices or specialized culture plates.
The result is a highly reproducible, scalable system that retains the genetic fidelity your program depends on.
2D iPSC models remain the most efficient path for high-throughput screening, target validation, and early-stage compound triage. We recommend starting there.
When your program is ready for greater biological complexity, or when your target biology demands it from the outset, our organoid platform extends what’s possible without leaving your established model system behind.
Because hiPSCs can be edited at scale in a fully human biological system, the same lines powering your 2D work can be transitioned directly into organoid formats, keeping your program continuous and your data connected.
