Earning, Receiving, and Redeeming iXCells Credits
Beginning on August 21, 2023, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time, for each five dollars spent on product purchases at iXCells Website, you will receive one (1) Point.
Please allow 1-3 days for Points to appear in your online account. To expedite the time between purchase and Points being reflected in your account, when shopping online, log in to your account before completing your purchase.
If you complete a purchase online without signing into your account, our team will use the email you provide at check-out to match your Pass account and award you Points for that purchase.
In calculating Points earned, only the purchase price of products will be used. Taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will not be counted.
No Points will be earned on the purchase of iXCells Biotechnologies branded products sold by distributors.
