Customer Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the iXCells Biotechnologies Loyalty Program! These terms and conditions govern your participation in the program. By participating, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions (the “Loyalty Program”).

Program Overview:

Our Loyalty Program is our way of saying “thank you” for choosing iXCells as your research partner. Every product purchase you make earns you valuable points, which you can then redeem for a range of enticing rewards. Whether you’re a seasoned researcher or just starting your scientific journey, this program is designed to enhance your experience with us.

How It Works:

1. Earn Points & Credits: For every product purchase you make on our website, you’ll earn points that can be converted into real savings on your future orders or redeemable rewards. The conversion rate is simple and generous. So, the more you shop, the more you save!

Points & Rewards Overview:

1. Purchase Points: Earn 1 point for every $5 spent (e.g., $200 purchase = 40 points).
2. Referral Bonus: Receive 200 points for referring a new customer who completes a product purchase.
3. Redemption for Products Only: Redeem points for product purchases via www.ixcellsbiotech.com; not applicable to service offerings.
4. Credit Value: 100 points = $5 credit, up to $1000 per year.
5. Rewards will be in the corresponding currency of iXCells Biotechnologies, meaning that the Reward will be in U.S. Dollars.
6. Rewards are NOT gift cards.

   Note: Excludes preclinical and custom services.

Sign-up:

In the Loyalty Program, customers earn Points for buying iXCells Products online at ixcellsbiotech.com the moment they create an account on our website and complete their first order. There is no fee to join the Program.

Who Can Join:

The Loyalty Program is available to all customers who are 18 years or older (or age of majority in their state/province/country of residence, whichever is greater). Before joining and/or participating in the Program, you are strongly advised to carefully review these Terms & Conditions.

How To Join:

At the Website:

1. Create an account ixcellsbiotech.com/my-account with your email address and a password.
2. Your online account will show your Activity History, Points earned, and available Rewards. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your account information is current and accurate, updating such information as necessary. It is also your sole responsibility to immediately inform us of any suspected unauthorized activity in your account.

Earning, Receiving, and Redeeming iXCells Credits

For each five dollars spent on product purchases at iXCells Website, you will receive one (1) Point.

Please allow 1-3 days for Points to appear in your online account. To expedite the time between purchase and Points being reflected in your account, when shopping online, log in to your account before completing your purchase.

If you complete a purchase online without signing into your account, our team will use the email you provide at check-out to match your Pass account and award you Points for that purchase.

In calculating Points earned, only the purchase price of products will be used. Taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will not be counted.

No Points will be earned on the purchase of iXCells Biotechnologies branded products sold by distributors.

iXCells Biotechnologies Sole Right To Modify:

iXCells Biotechnologies reserves the right to change the Loyalty Program (and these Terms & Conditions, as applicable) at any time in its sole discretion. Such changes may include, by way of example only, the following:

• The number of Points earned for making a purchase
• Limiting the availability of earning Points to the purchase of specific products
• Adjusting (upwards or downwards) the number of Points which will result in the issuance of a Reward
• Modifying Rewards, including the conditions on redeeming same
• Modifying Benefits which are available
• Limiting the time during which points can be redeemed for rewards
• Modifying the procedure for joining the program

In addition to the foregoing, iXCells Biotechnologies reserves the right to cancel the Loyalty Program altogether. In such event, Points in your account as of the date of cancellation will be automatically converted to Rewards, with Reward(s) being issued to the Customer via email.

iXCells will try to provide reasonable notice via the Website and/or via email notification to each participating customer, in advance of such changes (or Program cancellation, as the case may be) taking effect. Such notice will explain the change (or Loyalty Program cancellation, as the case may be) and when it takes effect. Due to an event beyond the reasonable control of iXCells (a force majeure event), such as a riot, civil commotion, governmental action, natural disaster, pandemic/epidemic, materials shortage, or act of fraud, iXCells Biotechnologies reserves the right to have such changes take effect immediately, without liability of any kind under any legal theory.

Your continued participation in the Loyalty Program constitutes your agreement to such changes to the Program (or the cancellation of the Program, as the case may be). You are strongly advised to review these Terms & Conditions from time to time to make sure that you are fully aware of the current conditions governing the operation of the Loyalty Program.

E-Mail Notifications:

By joining the Loyalty Program, you agree to receive email messages from iXCells Biotechnologies team from time to time relating to your participation in the Loyalty Program; for example, points you have accrued or notices of Loyalty Program modifications. You will receive emails relating to your participation in the Loyalty Program from iXCells unless you decide to cancel your account. The iXCells team may also send you promotional emails with updates, new offers, and other information regarding the Loyalty Program. You may unsubscribe from receipt of promotional emails without affecting your participation in the Loyalty Program.

1. Mendel Tier: Entry-level tier with basic benefits, including iXCellent Credits for discounts and option for credits exchange.
2. Rosalind Tier: Mid-tier with increased benefits, including higher iXCellent Credits, exclusive seasonal offers, and the chance to test new product samples.
3. Yamanaka Tier: Premium tier with the highest benefits, including the highest iXCellent Credits, the most significant discount on exclusive seasonal offers, invitations to industry events, credits exchange, and the opportunity to test new product samples.

By participating in our Loyalty Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. iXCells Biotechnologies reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time without prior notice.
