Storage:
Upon delivery, store Human Hepatocyte Thawing Medium (HHTM-A and HHTMB) at 4°C. Protect from light. Don’t freeze. Human Hepatocyte Thawing Medium is stable for 3 months at 4°C. Human Hepatocyte Plating Medium (HHPM) and Human Hepatocyte Maintenance Medium (HHMM) are suitable for 6 months at -20°C, or 1 month at 4°C.
Instructions for Use: Warm Human Hepatocyte Thawing Medium A (HHTM-A) and Human Hepatocyte Plating Medium (HHPM) in 37oC water bath, and place Human Hepatocyte Thawing Medium B (HHTM-B) in a biosafety hood before thawing human hepatocytes. Please refer to the detailed “Thawing and plating protocol for cryoplateable human hepatocytes”.
